Have y'all seen the Grey's Anatomy episode where the hospital experiences "bad juju?" It's the first bonding moment between Addison (McDreamy's ex) and Meredith (McDreamy's current). While Addison annoyed the heck out of me in this episode, I've been thinking a lot about it this month and trying to remember how she rid the hospital of the bad juju. Because, let me tell you, my department, the Volunteer Services department at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta has had some bad juju lately.
It started the beginning of July and we kept joking around that there must have been a full moon...but last time I checked a full moon doesn't last a month! Now, I will admit, we're a department full of women, oozing hormones every where we go, but I'm telling ya, it's like we couldn't do a darn thing right this month.
We're all hoping with the turn of the calendar, TODAY, the start of August, will be a new beginning for us. So I just wanted to say, Bye Bye Bad Juju and Hello Awesome August! Here's to a new month and a new beginning!
